LuxyNames is not responsible for delays beyond its reasonable control.

8. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• Evaluating domain suitability for their business
• Maintaining domain renewals after transfer
• Proper use of the domain

LuxyNames makes no guarantees regarding business success, brand acceptance, SEO performance, or resale value.
