Yes. The domains presented as part of the LuxyNames portfolio are owned or controlled by LuxyNames unless stated otherwise.
Are the listed prices negotiable?
Some domains are available at a fixed Buy Now price, while others may be open to reasonable offers. Please get in touch with your interest. Negotiation depends on the domain, current interest and the proposed transaction terms.
How can I make an offer?
You can submit an enquiry through the contact form and include:

How is payment handled?
Payments are normally completed through a trusted domain marketplace or secure escrow provider. The payment method and transaction process will be confirmed before you proceed.
How will the domain be transferred?
The domain can be transferred to your preferred registrar or pushed directly into your account at the current registrar. The exact process depends on the registrar and domain extension.
How long does the transfer take?
A registrar account push can often be completed quickly. A transfer between different registrars may take several days, depending on the registrar and transfer rules. It usually takes upto a week to complete the transfer.
Are there any additional charges?
The buyer may be responsible for registrar transfer, renewal or transaction charges where applicable.
Can I pay in instalments?
Payment plans may be considered for selected domains and qualified buyers. The deposit, payment period and conditions will depend on the domain and purchase price.
Are domain sales refundable?
Domain sales are final once the domain has been transferred to the buyer. Buyers should complete all necessary checks before approving the transaction.
