Domain Purchase Policy

This Domain Purchase Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase of domain names listed on LuxyNames, a brand operated by The Complete Studio, which conducts business under the name LuxyNames (“The Complete Studio”, “LuxyNames”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By browsing domain listings, submitting an enquiry, or completing a purchase through LuxyNames, you (“Buyer”, “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Nature of the Offering

LuxyNames offers domain names as digital assets for sale. We do not provide hosting services, website development, trademark clearance, branding advice, legal advice, or business guarantees as part of a domain purchase unless explicitly agreed in writing under a separate consulting agreement.

All domain names listed on LuxyNames are either:

• Owned by The Complete Studio, or
• Offered under authorized control for sale by The Complete Studio

2. Entity & Contracting Party

All domain purchases, invoices, payments, and legal obligations are entered into solely between the Buyer and The Complete Studio, doing business as LuxyNames.

LuxyNames is a brand and operating name, not a separately registered legal entity.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All listed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, fees, or escrow charges unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may be updated or withdrawn at any time prior to purchase.
• A domain name is considered sold only after full payment is received and confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction in cases of suspected fraud, payment disputes, or policy violations.

4. Escrow Services

Buyers may choose to complete payment and transfer using a third-party escrow service for added security.

Important clarifications:

• Use of escrow is optional, unless required by the Buyer.
• Any escrow fees are borne by the Buyer unless agreed otherwise.
• Escrow providers operate independently; LuxyNames does not control or guarantee their services.

By opting for escrow, the Buyer agrees to the escrow provider’s terms and acknowledges that LuxyNames is not responsible for delays, decisions, or actions taken by the escrow provider.

5. Domain Availability & Holding Periods

Certain domain names may be subject to registry or registrar-imposed holding periods, including but not limited to:

• Minimum days before inter-registrar or inter-account transfers are permitted
• Lock-in periods following recent registration, renewal, or ownership changes

Important:

• Ownership is transferred to the Buyer upon completion of purchase, even if technical transfer restrictions apply.
• The Buyer may begin using the domain from Day 1 by updating DNS records or nameservers.

6. Day-1 Usage & DNS Support

Once a domain is purchased:

• The Buyer may request nameserver or DNS changes immediately.
• LuxyNames provides assistance via its Post-Purchase Assistance process, including:
  • Changing nameservers
  • Updating DNS records
  • Pointing the domain to hosting or third-party services

Such assistance is provided for operational convenience only and does not constitute hosting, technical consultancy, or ongoing support obligations.

7. Buyer Responsibilities

The Buyer is solely responsible for:

• Conducting trademark searches
• Verifying brand suitability
• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
• Determining whether a domain name infringes on third-party rights
• Evaluating business, legal, or commercial risks

LuxyNames does not guarantee that any domain name:

• Is free of trademark conflicts
• Will be accepted by registrars, platforms, or app stores
• Will generate traffic, revenue, SEO benefit, or brand success

8. No Guarantees or Warranties

All domain names are sold “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We make no warranties, express or implied
• We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, future value, or resale potential

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Complete Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific domain purchased
• We are not liable for losses arising from:
  • Delays caused by registrars or escrow providers
  • Registry restrictions
  • Buyer’s misuse of the domain
  • Third-party claims or disputes

10. Indemnification

The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Complete Studio, its owners, team members, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Use of the purchased domain
• Trademark or intellectual property disputes
• Violation of laws or third-party rights

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to a domain purchase shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussions.

The Complete Studio reserves the right to determine the most appropriate jurisdiction or dispute resolution mechanism if an amicable resolution cannot be reached.

12. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the LuxyNames website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
